Our precision tune-up specialist will perform our exclusive 23-point precision tune-up and professional cleaning. You receive air conditioning services performed by a staff dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We recommend preventive maintenance be performed twice a year, in the spring and fall. Here is just a sample of our procedures:

• Clean, level & calibrate thermostat
• Inspect condenser coil & evaporator coil, when readily accessible
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Test, secure, & tighten all electrical connections & terminals
• Clean heat exchanger(s), burners, & pilot assemblies
